No. The services you use within Online Banking will automatically transfer to the new system and will not require any action from you.

Yes. The enhancements will be made to the Consumer Online Banking desktop experience first. The Peoples Bank Mobile App will automatically update shortly afterward if you have automatic updates enabled on your device. If you do not have automatic updates enabled, you will need to manually update the app via your device's app store.

No. Your Bill Pay profile, payees, and vendors, as well as current payment schedules, will automatically transfer to the new system.

Your external accounts will automatically transfer to the new system.

Yes. Your Zelle profile and payees will transfer automatically to the new Online Banking system.

No. This update only applies to our Consumer Online Banking services and will not affect any Business Online Banking services.

No. The system will be ready for you to log in and start exploring right away. If you use automatic alerts, you’ll just want to take a moment to review your settings after the upgrade — see the question below, “Will my alerts carry over, and can I customize them?”

No, your preferred automatic alerts will not carry over. When the upgrade goes live, your automatic alert settings will reset. This means you’ll need to manually reset your preferences the first time you log in. Once you’ve done this, your alerts will run automatically as before. Enhanced custom debit card alerts and card controls will be available in the new mobile app. Note: Debit card fraud prevention tools will still be active during this transition.

We have several new alerts you can configure to your needs, and you can also set a “quiet time” to pause alerts until a specific time.
