Our focus is to keep the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues, and communities at the forefront of everything we do. As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to change the world, we are adapting to meet your needs. We have developed a phased approach with specific guidelines to support the same experiences you have always had with us, while ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers, and community.

For your convenience, our Banking Centers are open, our drive-ups remain fully functional, and as always, our digital banking services remain available for you at any time. You can feel assured that every precaution is being taken to keep them sanitized and germ-free for your well-being.


What We're Doing:

  • Hand sanitizer is available
  • Plexiglass shields are in place
  • Employees are wearing face masks
  • Designated floor circles have been placed inside to ensure social distancing
  • Frequent hand washing

What We're Asking You To Do:

Schedule an Appointment* before visiting a Banking Center

  • Appointments can be scheduled online here or by phone
  • After an appointment is made, a Banking Center employee will contact you directly to confirm your appointment

Face masks are highly encouraged in Indiana and required in Illinois

  • We may ask that you lower your face mask temporarily to identify yourself
  • All customers and employees will be required to wear masks when entering the safebox area
  • Don't have a face mask? Just ask! We'll be happy to provide you one!
