NorthWest Indiana Bancorp (the Bancorp) is a bank holding company registered with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Peoples Bank (the Bank), an Indiana savings bank, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bancorp. The Bancorp has no other business activity other than being the holding company for Peoples Bank.

The Bancorp has adopted specific Corporate Governance procedures and policies to help guide the company in the fulfillment of its responsibilities to shareholders, customers, employees and communities.
